Sophie Sharp's Easter golf successes

Sophie went to Warrenpoint Golf Club and competed in the Ulster Girls Open Championship. She was in the Murland Cup for handicaps 21-36. She qualified in First Place on the first day and went to the Semi-final which she won 7/6. The final in the afternoon was a much tenser affair which she finally won on the 19th!

If that wasn't enough golf, the next day Sophie played in the final of the ILGU Winter Alliance series on the Montgomery course at Carton House. Sophie played well to score 33 points over the difficult course. She was series winner for Category 2 and also the Overall winner of the Winter Alliance series.
